Free range woodland reared leg of pork

​Our free range pork leg comes boned and rolled ready to go straight in the oven and makes for the perfect easy carving Sunday roasting joint. Packed full of flavour with incredible texture it's sure to keep the whole family happy on a Sunday afternoon.

How to cook pork leg

​Pre heat oven to as high as it will go. Rub plenty of salt in to the already scored skin making sure you get into all the cracks. Blast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the skin has puffed up nicely. Turn the oven down to 180 degrees centigrade and cook for a further hour and 45 per kg.
