Free range woodland reared pork mince

​Our lean and super tasty minced free range pork is coarse cut from prime cuts (shoulder, leg and belly). Ideal for making home made burgers, pies or your favourite bolognese recipe.


Woodland reared pork mince. Made using only prime cuts from our traditional breed pigs and no added nasties.

How to cook pork mince

A great alternative to beef mince. Fry some streaky bacon with onions and add the minced pork for 5 minutes. Add garlic, diced carrots, celery and butternut squash and fry for a further 12 minutes. Throw in some chopped tomatoes a glass of red wine and leave to simmer for an hour for a tasty pork ragu.
