Free range woodland reared ham

Our dry cured ham joints are traditionally dry cured to create a wonderful flavour and texture. A fabulous centrepiece for special occasions and family gatherings. Ham joints come from the leg of pork, which is then cured to create a ham joint.

A dry cured ham joint is perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.

How to cook ham

Place your ham in a large pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours depending on size. Once you've simmered your ham take out of the water and pat dry, remove the skin from the joint and cover with your favourite marinate. Once you've marinated your ham joint place in a medium oven and cook for a further 1.5 - 2 hours. Remove rest, slice and serve.
