Our 100% grass fed lamb comes from our friend and fellow farmer Ben Daniels. He rears ryeland sheep, a traditional british breed, well known for producing excellent quality lamb and great tasting meat. Only ever eating grass throughout their lives, they take slightly longer to finish and so produce a lovely fat covering that's full of flavour.
Lamb mince has to be a staple in every household freezer. Ideal for shepherds pie, burgers, meatballs and moussakas. Perfectly balanced with lean and fat before being coarse ground to give perfect texture once cooked.
