Our 100% grass fed lamb comes from our friend and fellow farmer Ben Daniels. He rears ryeland sheep, a traditional british breed, well known for producing excellent quality lamb and great tasting meat. Only ever eating grass throughout their lives, they take slightly longer to finish and so produce a lovely fat covering that's full of flavour.
A traditional favourite piece of succulent loin meat prepared into individual chops ready for a variety of dishes. A perfect mid week meal or marinated ready for you to pop on the barbeque or to please at a dinner party. Our lamb chops have a wonderful covering of fat on them, packed full of grass fed flavour and goodness.
